How does the 'Last Bottle' concept work?
We offer one incredible wine at a massive discount until it sells out. Once it is gone, it is gone forever, and a new wine is posted. It is a fast-paced race to get the best bottles at the lowest prices.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free when you meet the minimum bottle count specified for each deal (usually 3-6 bottles). For orders below the minimum, a flat rate shipping fee is applied.
What is 'Marathon' and when does it happen?
A Wine Marathon is a special event where we clear out our cellar by posting new wines every few minutes. These happen a few times a year and offer the fastest way to stock your collection.
Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?
Yes, we monitor weather patterns across the country. If it is too hot or too cold to safely ship your wine, we will hold your order in our temperature-controlled warehouse for free until it is safe to ship.
Can I return a bottle if I don't like it?
Due to the nature of alcohol sales and shipping, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste. However, if a bottle is corked or damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or credit.
What is 'Last Bottle Credits'?
You can earn credits by referring friends or being the person to buy the literal 'Last Bottle' of a deal. These credits can be applied at checkout to save even more on your favorite wines.
