Due to the perishable nature of wine and legal restrictions regarding alcohol shipping, all sales are final once they leave our warehouse. However, if your bottle is corked, damaged, or otherwise compromised, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or store credit.
Inspect Your Delivery
Examine your wine immediately upon arrival for any signs of leakage, broken seals, or exterior damage to the packaging.
Contact Customer Support
If you encounter a flawed bottle, email our team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Provide Documentation
Please include clear photos of the damaged bottle, the cork, or the shipping box to help us process your claim with the carrier or winery.
Receive Resolution
Once verified, we will issue a store credit to your account or ship a replacement bottle if inventory is still available for that specific vintage.
